CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments at KLA Studio of Beauty require a deposit to reserve the selected date and time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, as the reserved time has been held exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients. If you need to adjust your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate scheduling changes based on availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation without refund to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients.
